The Chehre actress had filed an application requesting a temporary suspension of the Lookout Circular (LOC), citing her necessity to travel to Dubai from December 27 to January 2 for professional commitments. She mentioned being a brand ambassador for a pet food company and required to attend an event in Dubai. However, the CBI counsel, Shreeram Shirsat, opposed her plea, asserting that the investigation into the death probe had gained momentum, and she should not be allowed to travel abroad at this critical stage.
The Bombay High Court has provisionally lifted Rhea's Lookout Circular (LOC) and allowed her to travel under the condition that she would surrender her parents’ passports during her travel period. Additionally, she has been instructed to provide a comprehensive itinerary of her visit, including her contact information and address in Dubai, where she plans to travel.
